New Delhi | Jagran Auto Desk: Hyundai Motor India will unveil its all-new Creta and updated version of Tucson at the upcoming Auto Expo scheduled to take place from February 5 to 12 at Greater Noida.

In a statement, Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) said that the 2020 Tuscon will be unveiled on February 5, while the new generation Creta will debut a day later on February 6.

Hyundai will showcase 13 exciting cars and future-ready technologies and concepts under the theme 'Freedom in Future Mobility', it said.

"Hyundai as a customer centric organisation will showcase the technology prowess...and unveil the upcoming trendsetter SUV's for the Indian market," HMIL MD and CEO S S Kim said.

The carmaker also plans to showcase Kona Electric along with NEXO FCEV at the biennial event, including a range of products and future technologies.

The new SUV will come in BS6-compliant version of the existing 2.0L petrol and diesel engines.

Talking about the engine and power, Hyundai Tucson currently has a 1999cc Multi Point Injection Dual VTVT with DOHC engine that generates 155 Ps of power at 6200 Rpm and 192.21 Nm of torque at 4000 Rpm.

The Hyundai Tucson is powered by a second 1995cc common rail direct injection e-VGT with a DOHC engine that generates power of 185 Ps at 4000 Rpm and 400 Nm torque at 1750-2750 Rpm.

In terms of transmission, the engine of this SUV comes in 6-speed manual gearbox and automatic gearbox option. The Hyundai Tucson has a McFarshan strut suspension with coil spring and multi-link suspension with coil spring at the rear. It includes disc brake in the front and rear.
