Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition Launched:Citroen India has launched the Dhoni Edition of its popular C3 Aircross SUV, following the announcement of Mahendra Singh Dhoni as its brand ambassador. This limited edition variant boasts exclusive cosmetic enhancements inspired by the legendary cricketer, without any changes to its mechanical features. The C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition has been launched at a price of Rs 11.82 lakh (ex-showroom).

Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition - Design 

Talking about its exterior design, the C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition is adorned with distinctive number "7" decals on the bonnet, rear door and tailgate, along with 'Dhoni Edition' decals on the front door and tailgate. These additions, in a striped pattern, are the main highlights of the exterior design, maintaining the SUV's original aesthetic.

Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition -  Interior 

Moving inside the C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition, the dashboard design remains unchanged. It features bespoke black and white seat covers with orange and blue accents. The number "7" and Mahendra Singh Dhoni's signature are embroidered on the front seats. Additionally, the edition comes with themed cushions, seat belts, illuminated door sills and a dash camera for enhanced safety. The SUV is available in both 5- and 7-seater configurations to cater to different preferences.

Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition - Features 

In terms of features, the C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition retains the existing equipment from the standard model. This includes a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, manual AC, 6 speakers, roof-mounted AC vents, steering-mounted audio controls, a rear wiper and washer, and a rear defogger. Safety features include dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, a tyre pressure monitor, hill start assist, and a reverse parking camera. Notably, Citroen India has announced plans to update the C3 Aircross with six airbags soon.

Citroen C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition - Engine Specs 

In terms of engine specs, the C3 Aircross Dhoni Edition is powered by the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. This engine is capable of delivering a power output of 110 bhp and up to 205 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter unit.
