Mahindra XUV700 Facelift: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd today announced the name of its next major offering in the premium SUV segment — the XUV 7XO. The upcoming premium flagship SUV will be based on the legacy of the XUV700, and it is expected to be launched in early 2026. The brand has also shared a small video teasing some of the design details of its upcoming flagship SUV, and it has already been spied on several occasions on the Indian roads. Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Design
The Mahindra XUV 7XO has the same silhouette as the outgoing model, and it is expected to share several design elements with the XEV 9E. However, the upcoming XUV 7XO is expected to get a redesigned grille, a new front bumper, and a dual-pod headlamp setup at the front. On the side, it is expected to get a new set of alloy wheels. The rear end is expected to get tweaked taillights and a reengineered bumper.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Features
The Mahindra XUV700 was introduced with several advanced features, and the same can be the case with the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO. The Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to get a triple-screen setup inside the cabin, a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated infinity logo, an auto-dimming IRVM, powered and ventilated seats, a Level 2 ADAS suite, and more.

Mahindra XUV 7XO Expected Powertrain
While the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to come equipped with several changes in terms of design and features, it will likely remain unchanged in terms of engine. The XUV 7XO is expected to get the same engine options of either a 2.0-litre turbo petrol or a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. Both of these engines can be paired with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
