As mentioned earlier, the Mahindra XUV 7XO has scored 5-star ratings in AOP as well as COP. However, we should take a closer look at the scores of the XUV 7XO in each category to assess its performance. The XUV has scored a total of 30.76 points out of a maximum of 32 points in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP). In terms of Child Occupant Protection (COP), the SUV has scored a total of 44.97 points out of a maximum of 49 points.

Mahindra XUV 7XO: Engine & Specs

The Mahindra XUV 7XO is available with two engine options, including a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine. Both of these engines can be paired with options of either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. While the petrol engine can generate a peak power and torque output of 200 hp and 380 Nm, respectively, the diesel engine can churn out 182 hp and 450 Nm of torque.
