Electric Car Care Tips: It is essential to take your car for servicing and regular maintenance whether it is a conventional ICE car or an EV. Though, ICE cars require higher maintenance and regular servicing for optimal performance. EVs in contrast, have fewer moving components so low maintenance costs and ownership expenses compared to ICE cars. However, it is important that EVs are also regularly serviced despite their advantages. This ensures that your EV is in optimal condition and also prevents the risk of unexpected and expensive repairs.
Battery Maintenance
Unlike ICE cars, EVs rely on lithium-ion batteries so it is important to keep your battery maintained. Servicing of EV cars requires professional technicians, so regularly monitor the battery's performance and watch for any unusual changes or irregularities.

Regular Fluid Changing
EVs do not use traditional fuels but they share certain parts that require fluid and lubricant, like brakes. Brake fluid is essential for optimal braking performance. Regularly changing the brake fluid and washer fluids are crucial for electric vehicle maintenance.
Tyre Rotation
Regular tyre rotation is required in both ICE cars and electric vehicles. It prevents excessive wear and tear on particular tyres, ensuring vehicle performance and safety.
Suspension
Electric vehicles can also face suspension issues just like conventional cars. Better suspension provides a comfortable ride while also protecting the vehicle's structure. Regularly check and maintain the suspension for a safe and smooth driving experience.
Replace AC Filter and Wipers
Electric vehicles also have cabin air filters for fresh air through AC vents. A clean filter facilitates better air conditioning so it is advised to regularly check and replace your filters when needed. Similarly, windshield wipers should also be changed and cleaned regularly.
