Hero Xtreme 125R Launched In India: Hero MotoCorp India has launched the Xtreme 125R for the Indian market on Tuesday. Along with the Hero Xtreme 125R, the manufacturer is also launching the new Mavrick 440 which is touted to be positioned as the brand’s flagship motorcycle in the country. The Hero Xtreme 125R has been launched at a starting price of Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). 

Hero Xtreme 125R - Price 

The Hero Xtreme 125R has been launched at a starting price of Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom) while the top model has been launched with a price tag of Rs 99,500 (ex-showroom). The top-level variant is available with an Anti-lock Braking System, whereas the entry level model is available with an Integrated Braking System. In the market, the Hero Xtreme 125R will compete with other rivals in the segment which includes models like TVS Raider 125, Honda SP 125 and TVS Apache RTR 160. Hero is claiming the Xtreme 125R will hit the showrooms across the country by February 20, 2024.

Hero Xtreme 125R - Engine Specs

The Hero 125 cc motorcycle is powered by a 125cc EBT engine that is tuned to produce a power output of 11.5 bhp. The Hero Xtreme 125R delivers a mileage of 66 kmpl and has been developed with an engine balancer technology. 

Hero Xtreme 125R - Hardware 

In terms of hardware, it has been built on a Diamond type frame. For suspension duties, it features 37mm front telescopic forks and 7-step Showa-developed preload adjustable monoshock at the rear. It also gets 276 mm front disc for braking responsibilities with single-channel ABS. 

Hero Xtreme 125R - Design 

The Hero Xtreme 125R boasts a muscular and sporty design while featuring design elements such as layered panels and floating front shrouds. It also boasts LED units for all lighting elements on the motorcycle. Hero will be offering the Xtreme 125R in three colour scheme options - Blue, Red and Black.
