How To Transfer RC Online In Delhi

Step 1: Go to the official website of Parivahan, and navigate to the ‘online service.’ After clicking here, you will find ‘Vehicle Related Services’, click on it.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and click on ‘Generate OTP’. Enter the OTP from your phone, and then click on ‘See Details.’

Step 3: Navigate to ‘Application Section’ and then click on ‘Transfer of ownership.’

Step 4: Now proceed ahead by filling up details such as the new owner, insurance, address, etc. After filling the abovementioned details, proceed ahead with payment and pay the applicable fee.

Step 5: Download the payment receipt and proceed with filling in Forms 29 and 30. Submit these documents with RC, Insurance, PUC, and other Documents.

How To Transfer RC In Delhi: Offline Method

Step 1: Collect all the abovementioned forms and NOC from the respective RTO, and get your documents verified by the RTO.

Step 2: Pay the applicable fees and then submit the duly filled form with all the documents.

Step 3: Get your vehicle inspected by the Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI). The RTO will then verify all the documents and initiate the transfer.
