Hyundai Crater Off-Road Concept: Hyundai, the South Korean car manufacturer, is working on an off-roaded vehicle named ‘Crater’. The Hyundai Crater concept will be unveiled at the 2025 LA Motor Show on November 20, 2025. The brand has already confirmed its plan to introduce 26 new models in India by the end of 2030. Let’s take a look at all the available details of the Hyundai Crater Concept.
Hyundai Crater Concept: Front End
The brand has shared the sketches of the upcoming Hyundai Crater off-road concept, and the images reveal several key design details. As per the sketches shared by the brand, the Crater will feature a tall and rugged contour with a sculpted bonnet. At the front, the Crater concept features Sleek LED lights with a split-headlight setup with four LED dots in the centre. The front fascia also comprises a rugged skid plate, a chunky bumper, and a closed grille.

Hyundai Crater Concept: Rear End
The rear end of the Hyundai Crater concept complements the front end. The rear end of the Crater also features a split taillight setup, and the design looks similar to that of the front DRLs. It also gets a rugged skid plate, sculpted lines, and a muscular bumper on the rear. The Crater also gets a thin body cladding and rugged off-road tyres.
Hyundai Crater Concept: Rivals
The Hyundai Crater Concept will be unveiled officially at the LA Motor Show on 21 November. The Crater concept is expected to be launched in 2027, and the upcoming off-roader is also expected to be available in an electric powertrain. The Hyundai Crater will compete against the likes of the Jeep Wrangler, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, and the Ford Bronco in the global market.
