Hyundai’s popular midsize SUV model Creta is up for a facelift in the upcoming months. The current generation of Hyundai Creta has been in the Indian market since 2020. Hyundai India has now confirmed that the Creta facelift will be officially revealed on January 16. The upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift has been spotted testing several times on Indian roads.

Hyundai Creta Facelift - Design 

The spy shots of the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift has revealed an updated front and rear design that will align it with the exterior looks of other newer Hyundai models like the Hyundai Exter, Hyundai Santa Fe and Hyundai Palisade. The new Creta will feature an updated front grille, a new revamped bumper, new tailgate, H-shaped LED DRLs and a split-unit vertical headlamp design. It will also get new 18-inch wheels with new alloy wheel design. 

Hyundai Creta Facelift - Feature 

The interior of the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift will include a revamped steering wheel, 10.25-inch infotainment screen, ventilated seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, automated climate control and wireless charging. Additionally, the Hyundai Creta is expected to also feature ADAS technology along with a 360 degree camera.

Hyundai Creta Facelift - Engine 

The upcoming facelifted Creta is expected to offer three engine choices: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and a new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. These engines are anticipated to produce power outputs of 115 bhp, 115 bhp, and 160 bhp, respectively. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and iVT, 7-speed DCT and 6-speed AMT.
