Lamborghini Revuelto launched in India: Italian supercar marquee Lamborghini has launched the Revuelto for the Indian market. Lamborghini Revuelto is the brand’s inaugural plug-in hybrid supercar and it will be taking over as the successor of Lamborghini’s popular model Aventador. The brand has launched the Lamborghini Revuelto with a whopping price tag of Rs 8.9 crore (ex-showroom).

Lamborghini Revuelto - Powertrain

Talking about the power and performance of the Lamborghini Revuelto, it boasts a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine seamlessly integrated with three electric motors and a 3.8kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The Italian supercar manufacturer claims that the V12 engine equipped in the Revuelto is not only its most powerful but also its lightest engine ever used. It delivers an impressive power output of 825 bhp and 725 Nm of peak torque.

The V12 engine is connected with three electric motors - two situated at the front and one positioned above the gearbox. The powertrain setup helps in producing a combined power output of 1,015 bhp and 807 Nm of torque. The dual front axle motors individually power each wheel while the third motor lends support to the engine in propelling the rear wheels. This configuration is coupled with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. With the assistance of the three electric motors, the Revuelto effectively achieves an all-wheel drive capability. Lamborghini Revuelto boasts an impressive top speed of 350 km/h and it can achieve the 0-100 km/h mark in a mere 2.5 seconds.

Lamborghini Revuelto - Design

In terms of design, the Revuelto also features the timeless Lamborghini design, highlighted by sharp and edgy lines. Noteworthy design elements include Y-shaped headlights, Y-shaped LED front and rear light signatures. The hexagonal-shaped quad exhausts are prominently positioned adjacent to the taillights, adding a distinctive touch. Furthermore, the iconic scissor doors, a classic Lamborghini feature enhance the overall allure of the Revuelto. The Lamborghini Revuelto is built on an all-carbon monocoque chassis and features 100 per cent carbon fibre front structure including front-impact structures made from forged carbon.

Lamborghini Revuelto - Interior

Moving inside the Lamborghini Revuelto, a striking carbon-fibre centre profile takes away all the attention with Y-shaped air vents and an 8.4-inch floating touchscreen. The interior also boasts a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel display and a 9.1-inch passenger-side display that are capable of showcasing identical information at the same time. The integration of these three screens has streamlined the dashboard, reducing the need for multiple physical controls. However, a select few controls are still present on the centre console.
