Indian Cricketer Shafali Verma: Indian women's cricket team's opening batter Shafali Verma has brought home the fastest MG ever, the Cyberster. The MG Cyberster is an all-electric convertible vehicle starting at Rs 74.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The video of the 21-year-old Indian opener taking the delivery of the two-seater electric convertible has surfaced online, capturing her joy of owning the fastest MG roadster.

The EV's bold design elements – a convertible roof, a sweeping bonnet, a flowing roofline, and electrically operated scissor doors – seamlessly align with the batter's fearless and dynamic personality, both on and off the field. Launched in July 2025, the Cyberster combines a classic roadster silhouette and aero-efficient design elements. It is exclusively retailed through MG's Select showrooms, a premium retail network targeting high-end customers.
