KTM, a premium bike maker has finally introduced the third-generation Duke series in India. The company has introduced the KTM 390 Duke and KTM 250 Duke with an aim to enhance the sports bike segment in the country with power, performance, new features and a Superduke-inspired design.
The company seems to have worked on the customer feedback and has made significant changes as both the bikes are based on an all-new platform and get a trellis frame along with an aluminium frame.
As the name suggests KTM 390 Duke gets a powerful 399 CC engine while the KTM 250 Duke is backed by a 250 CC engine. The company has made some changes to the overall performance by making the gearboxes, cylinder heads more refined and efficient.
In a segment first, the company has offered a few features including the 5-inch Dashboard with Smartphone Bluetooth Connectivity, MTC with Ride Modes, Cornering ABS, Quickshifter+, SuperMoto ABS, Launch Control, and Adjustable Suspension. It also gets a dedicated track mode.
Speaking of features, the KTM 390 Duke gets a slew of features including, MTC with ride modes, Cornering ABS, Launch Control, Quickshifter+, Ride-by-wire, and a 5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, a larger airbox, a Type-C charging port and more.
The Duke 250 receives the Quickshifter+, Ride-by-wire, slipper clutch, 5-inch LCD display with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, and a larger airbox. New steel trellis mainframe with pressure die-cast aluminium subframe Right rear mono shock absorber.
KTM 390 Duke Price:
The Generation-3 KTM 390 Duke can be booked on the company’s official website or at the nearest dealership. The price of the bike is Rs 3,10,520 (Ex-showroom Delhi).
KTM 250 Duke Price:
The younger sibling KTM 250 Duke is priced at Rs 2,39,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi) and is also available for bookings.
