Mercedes-Benz Cars Price Hike: Mercedes-Benz India will increase the price of its cars by Rs 90,000 to Rs 12.2 Lakhs from June 2025 onwards. The luxury car brand has announced that prices for all of its models will be increased in two stages, with the first one taking place on June 1, 2025, and the second stage will be effective from September 1, 2025. However, the hike will be levied on certain variants of all the Mercedes-Benz models.

Mercedes-Benz Cars Price Hike: Reason

According to Mercedes-Benz India, the upcoming price hike can be attributed to the depreciation of the forex Value of the Indian rupee in comparison to the Euro. The forex value of the Indian rupee, in comparison to the Euro, has fallen 10% in the past 4 months, increasing the cost of imports for CBU (Completely Built Unit) models and the price of components for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) models.
