MG Cyberster Waiting Period: JSW MG Motor India has announced that its flagship all-electric convertible, the Cyberster, currently command a waiting period of 4 to 5 months for new bookings. Over 350 units of the EV have reached customers up till now, according to MG. The Cyberster, launched in July 2025 at an ex-showroom price of Rs 74.99 lakh and deliveries commencing in August 2025, has quickly gained popularity among Indian buyers, thanks to its head-turning design and innovative features.
MG Cyberster: Why it is in Demand?
The MG Cyberster is a two-seat high-performance EV combining its classic roadster silhouette with aero-efficient design elements. The fact that the EV is a looker is not an exaggeration. The EV's bold design elements include a convertible roof, a sweeping bonnet, a unique Kammback-style rear, a flowing roofline, and electrically operated scissor doors with radar-based sensors.
Key features include a triple-screen display (for the driver), a separate 7.0-inch touchscreen (with wireless connectivity), ventilated seats, a Bose sound system, a 360-degree camera, four airbags, and Level 2 ADAS.

Under the hood, the MG Cyberster features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, delivering a combined 510bhp and 725Nm. It has a 0 to 100km/h time of 3.2 seconds and a 200km/h top speed. The 77kWh battery on offer returns an ARAI-certified range of 580km. MG claims a 10-80 per cent charge in 40 minutes with a 144kW DC fast charger.
The MG Cyberster is exclusively retailed through MG's Select showrooms, a premium retail network targeting high-end customers. At present, MG has 14 Select showrooms in key cities across India.
