Most Expensive Car In The World: Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is the most expensive street legal car in the world. It is available at an astounding price tag of Rs 233 crore in Indian rupees. However, it is not actually available as the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is a limited edition car which has only been produced for three customers as per their customization requests. The three Rolls-Royce Boat Tail variants are owned by three people across the globe, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Mauro Icardi.

The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is a four-seater, convertible luxury car and its design has been inspired by a J-class yacht and also the original 1932 Boat Tail. The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is entirely handmade, therefore the Rs 233 crore price tag. The three on three Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is powered by a twin-turbocharged V12 engine with a capacity of 6.75 litres. This mighty engine is capable of delivering a power output of 563 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque.

Rolls-Royce is renowned for offering the epitome of luxury within its cars, and the Boat Tail is no exception. The interior of the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail exudes opulence with elements like luxury silverware, fine cutlery, two refrigerators, two picnic tables, and towels. The Boat Tail has been designed, keeping its owners in mind. One of the refrigerators is specifically crafted for champagne bottles, cooling them to their optimal serving temperature of 6 degrees Celsius. In addition to this, we know that Rolls-Royce are known for providing umbrellas in their doors. The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail has an extra umbrella underneath the centre line of the deck as well. Moreover, it also boasts components like guilloche instrument dials and custom-made timepieces which can be used as wrist watches as well. To meet the owner’s passion for pens, this model includes a Montblanc in the glovebox, presented in a meticulously crafted leather and aluminium case.
