However, the session for the national capital Delhi, has been postponed to January 10, 2026. While the National Lok Adalat provides cost-friendly solutions for civil and banking issues, it also offers a waiver on traffic challans to vehicle owners. The National Lok Adalat in Delhi will be held on January 10, 2026. Here’s how you can book a token.

National Lok Adalat Delhi: Token Booking Process

It is worth mentioning that vehicle owners residing in Delhi-NCR areas will have to book a token 2 days before they visit the National Lok Adalat session on January 10, 2026. We are sharing a step-by-step guide on how to book an appointment for the upcoming National Lok Adalat session in Delhi.

Step 1: Visit the National Legal Service Authority (NALSA) website and search for the option of online registration.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the Legal Aid Form, which needs to be filled out carefully. It requires your details, a description of the case, and the reason to visit the Lok Adalat.

Step 3: Once the form is submitted, you will receive a verification email and token number. You can use this token number to book your appointment in the Lok Adalat

National Lok Adalat Delhi: Required Documents

Vehicle owners residing in Delhi-NCR will need some required documents to get their traffic challan waived off or reduced. A person would need documents like a photocopy of the Challan, Registration Certificate of the vehicle, driving license, Identity card, photocopy of the Summon/notice, older receipt of challan payment, and authorisation letter.
