Maruti Suzuki Brezza:  Maruti Suzuki, the largest carmaker in India, is gearing up to launch a new generation of its popular compact SUV, the Brezza, in the country. The next-generation of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is being tested extensively, and it is expected to be launched in the country in early 2026. Let’s take a look at the expected design, features, and powertrain of the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Design

The test mule of the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza was once again spotted testing in India, and this time it was spied at a petrol pump being fueled. The test mule of the SUV was heavily disguised, and while the overall silhouette remains the same, the front and rear ends of the SUV look identical to the outgoing model. The next-gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to get a new grille along with a redesigned front fascia and a reengineered rear end. The test mule also had a sharper rear windscreen, and it has four parking sensors on the rear end.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Features

We expect the upcoming Brezza to feature a redesigned cabin with premium upholstery. It is also expected to feature a bigger touchscreen-based infotainment system, powered and ventilated seats at the front, a panoramic sunroof, and more. The next-generation of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to provide passengers with enhanced safety by offering features such as a Level 2 ADAS Suite, six airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX Child seat mounts, and Hill Hold Assist.

Next-Gen Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Powertrain

While the next-generation Maruti Suzuki Brezza is expected to receive major changes in terms of design and features, it is expected to remain unchanged under the hood. The outgoing Maruti Suzuki Brezza is available with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, and it offers two powertrain options such as hybrid and CNG. The engine on the Maruti Suzuki Brezza can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission, and it generates a peak power and torque output of 103 hp and 137 Nm, respectively.
