Nissan India has revealed the special edition model of the Magnite called the Magnite Kuro. It features an all-black appearance as Kuro means black in Japanese. This all-black appearance is visible on the exterior as well as in the interior of the car. The Magnite Kuro will offer two engine choices - a 1.0-litre NA petrol engine (71 bhp/96 Nm) and a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine (99 bhp/160 Nm).
Nissan took this opportunity to also reveal a new optional AMT gearbox will be available with the 1.0-litre NA engine for the standard Nissan Magnite. Ever since its inception, the Magnite has offered two transmission choices - a 5-speed manual transmission and an optional CVT available with the turbo-petrol engine specifically.
