Royal Enfield has officially revealed the Himalayan 452 at EICMA 2023 and has also announced that bookings have now commenced for the new Royal Enfield adventure tourer in India. Interested customers can now book the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 with a token amount of Rs 10,000. Moreover, Royal Enfield has also announced that it will be officially launching the Himalayan 452 at the Royal Enfield Motoverse which is scheduled to happen from November 24 to November 26 in Goa.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 - Design
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is available in five different colour schemes which are divided among its three variants. The entry-level variant of the Himalayan 452 will be offered in a Kaza Brown colour, the mid-level variant of the Himalayan 452 will be offered in either Slate Himalayan Slat or Slate Poppy Blue and the top-level Summit variant of the Himalayan 452 will be offered in Kamet White or Hanle Black.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 - Engine
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be deriving its power from a new Sherpa 450 engine that has been recently developed by the manufacturer. The Sherpa 450 is a 451.65 cc, liquid-cooled engine that boasts a power output of 40 bhp and 40 Nm of torque. The Sherpa 450 is mated to a six-speed transmission with a slip-and-assist clutch.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 - Features
Talking about the features in the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452, it boasts several top-notch features like a colour TFT display with bluetooth connectivity which is a segment-first feature. In addition to this, the Himalayan 452 is the first Royal Enfield motorcycle to offer three riding modes - Eco, Performance (with rear ABS on) and Performance (with rear ABS off). Also, the Himalayan 452 gets all LED units for all lighting devices such as the headlight, taillights etc.
