Tata Nexon EV ADAS: Tata Motors is gearing up to make its popular Nexon EV safer by upgrading it with the Level 2 ADAS suite. The brand is expected to launch an upgraded model of the SUV in the coming weeks, and it will be placed at the top of the lineup. Let’s take a look at what we can expect from the upcoming model of the Tata Nexon EV.
Tata Nexon EV ADAS: The New Variant
As per Autocar Professional, several dealers across the country have been briefed about the upgrade, and the new variant will be named Tata Nexon Empowered+ A 45. The forthcoming Nexon EV variant will be placed above the Nexon EV Empowered 45 and Empowered Plus trims. It is also certain that the ADAS variant of the SUV will be priced higher than the normal top-spec variants of the SUV. The Empowered 45 variant is priced at Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the Empowered Plus45 variant is priced at Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Nexon EV ADAS: Expected Features
The upcoming variant of the Tata Nexon EV is anticipated to be based on the top-spec variants of the SUV. Thus, we can expect the imminent variant of the Nexon EV to carry forward the same set of features offered with the abovementioned trims. The Tata Nexon EV Empowered+ A 45 trim is expected to continue with a 360-degree camera, JBL sound system, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and V2V, along with V2L capabilities.

Tata Nexon EV ADAS: Expected Range & Powertrain
As per reports, the special Dark Edition and the Red Dark Editions of the Nexon EV will also be upgraded with a Level 2 ADAS suite. The Nexon EV ADAS variant is anticipated to remain unchanged in terms of its powertrain and range. It will continue with the 45kWh battery pack, same as the top-spec Empowered 45 and Empowered Plus variants of the SUV. The forthcoming Nexon EV Empowered+ A 45 trim with ADAS is expected to generate the same power and torque figures (145 hp and 215 Nm, respectively) while providing a claimed range of up to 375 kilometers in a single charge.
