The Punch facelift 2026 has received several upgrades in terms of features, along with the addition of a new engine option. The Tata Punch facelift has been launched at Rs 5.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The Maruti Suzuki Swift, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 5.78 lakh (ex-showroom). This means that the base model of the Maruti Suzuki Swift is more expensive than the base model of the Tata Punch facelift by Rs 19,000. The lower-mid variant (VXi) of the Maruti Swift also costs Rs 9,000 more than the Pure persona of the Punch facelift.

Tata Punch Facelift Vs Maruti Swift: Mid-Variant Prices

The Tata Punch facelift has also received a major upgrade in terms of powertrain with the addition of a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. The turbo petrol unit can be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission gearbox, and it can generate a peak power and torque output of 120PS and 170Nm, respectively. The Maruti Swift missed out on a turbo petrol engine, and the Punch facelift Turbo petrol models are priced between Rs 8.29 lakh and Rs 9.79 lakh.
