Toyota Fortuner Hybrid 2025 Price: Toyota has launched a hybrid iteration of its flagship SUV, Fortuner, in India with prices starting from Rs 44.72 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Toyota Fortuner was first introduced in the country in 2009, and it has remained one of the most popular SUVs ever since. The Fortuner Legender will also be offered with a hybrid powertrain, which has a price of Rs 50.09 lakhs (Ex-showroom).
Toyota Fortuner Hybrid: Pricing
Toyota Fortuner was available in India in a total of 9 variants, including the Legender. Now, with the introduction of the hybrid powertrain, it is available in a total of 11 trims priced between Rs 35.37 lakhs (Ex-showroom) and Rs 51.94 lakhs (Ex-showroom). The Diesel 4x4 AT Neo Drive, priced at Rs 44.72 lakhs, is the second top-of-the-line variant for the Fortuner now.
The GR-S 4x4 AT is the only trim that sits above the newly introduced mild hybrid variant, with a price of Rs 51.94 lakhs (Ex-showroom). The Legender, on the other hand, has a new top-spec model with the addition of a mild hybrid, namely the Legender 4x4 Neo Drive AT. Both of the newly introduced Toyota Fortuner Hybrid Variants are more expensive by 2 Lakh rupees when compared to the regular models.

Toyota Fortuner Hybrid: The Engine
Toyota Fortuner Hybrid is powered by the same diesel mill as the regular models, which has been paired with an electric motor now. The Fortuner comes equipped with a 2.8-litre diesel engine, which generates 204 hp and 500 Nm of torque. The engine will be assisted by a 48V hybrid system now, which enables the auto start-stop function, which is expected to enhance fuel efficiency.
Toyota Fortuner Hybrid: New Functions
The newly introduced mild hybrid variants of the popular SUV add some additional features as well. The exterior is completely unchanged, and gets an additional ‘Neo Drive’ badge to differentiate it from other variants. The Interior largely remains unchanged; however, now it is available with additional features such as 7 airbags, hill ascent and descent control, a 360-degree camera, a traction control system, and an ISOFIX child seat mount.
