Triumph Street Triple R Price Reduced: Triumph India has lowered the price of its Street Triple R model to Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom), a reduction of Rs 22,000. Meanwhile, the price of the Street Triple RS has increased by Rs 14,000, bringing it to Rs 11.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

Triumph Street Triple R - New Prices

It is unusual for a manufacturer to reduce prices after a model's launch but Triumph India has done that just for the Street Triple R. The Silver Ice and Pure White colours of the Street Triple R are priced at Rs 9.95 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Crystal White and Matte Baja Orange are priced at Rs 10.21 lakh (ex-showroom). The Street Triple RS, now priced at Rs 11.95 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Silver Ice paint job, offers other colours like Carnival Red, Cosmic Yellow, and Phantom Black for Rs 12.21 lakh (ex-showroom). 

Triumph Street Triple - Engine Specs 

The Street Triple 765 models are powered by a 765cc, three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The R variant produces a power output of 120 bhp, while the RS variant delivers a power output of 130 bhp. Both models generate 80 Nm of torque and come with a 6-speed gearbox and a bidirectional quickshifter.

Triumph Street Triple - Features 

Both Street Triple 765 models include advanced features such as multi-level traction control, ABS and various riding modes. The R variant offers four riding modes - Rain, Road, Sport and Rider. The RS adds a Track mode to the existing ones. The R has a digital display similar to the Trident, whereas the RS boasts a colour TFT dash.

Triumph Street Triple - Hardware 

Both the Street Triple 765 models share an aluminium twin-spar frame, but their suspension and braking systems differ. The R variant uses a Showa USD fork and monoshock, while the RS features a higher-spec Showa fork and an Ohlins monoshock. The R retains Brembo M4.32 monobloc callipers, but the RS upgrades to Brembo Stylema units. The R model comes with Continental ContiRoad tyres, while the RS is equipped with Pirelli Supercorsa SP V3 tyres for better track performance.
