TVS Remains No. 1 Electric Scooter Brand In September 2025, Ather Beats Ola To Take Third Spot

Electric Scooter Sales September 2025:  TVS retained its position as the best-selling electric scooter brand in India in September 2025. The brand sold a total of 21,052 units, while the second and third spots were captured by Bajaj and Ather. Bajaj sold a total of 17,972 units, whereas Ather sold a total of 16,558 units. Ather Beats Ola In September 2025

The Ather Rizta family electric scooter remained the growth driver for the brand, and it contributed more than 70 per cent of the brand’s sales in September 2025. The brand was eyeing the top three spot for a long time. Ather took the third spot after beating Ola Electric, which sold a total of 12,223 units during September 2025. The difference between Ather and Bajaj stood at just 1500, and with the increasing new sales, the brand can soon take the second spot in the country’s electric scooter sales.

Ola Electric Sales Continue To Decline

Sales of the Ola electric scooters have been on a decline since the beginning of this year. The brand has sold a total of 1.5 lakh units during January to September 2025, but Ather is catching up quickly with selling a total of 1.3 lakh units in the same period. Hero Vida scooters sold a total of 11,856 units in September 2025, and it might soon take the spot of Ola Electric as it is trailing only by 967 units.
