Volvo Cars Price Hike: The Reason

The recent price hike announced by the brand has been attributed to factors such as global supply chain disruptions and fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. The Middle East crisis has resulted in the disruption of operations at the Strait of Hormuz, which has increased the prices of raw materials. Due to this, the input costs for car manufacturers have increased, and thus, popular luxury brands including BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz have also increased the prices of their models.
