The Swedish automobile manufacturer, Volvo, has implemented an immediate price increase on its XC60, S90 and XC90 models in India. This increase in prices hasn’t been officially announced but is visible on the company's Indian website. This marks the second time this year that these particular models have experienced a price surge. Earlier in February, their prices were raised by up to two per cent in response to the rise in customs duty following the Union Budget 2023 announcement.
The company has increased prices of the Volvo XC60, Volvo S90 and Volvo XC90 by Rs 35,000. All these three models are hybrid variants introduced by Volvo in recent years. Notably, prices for other models in Volvo India’s lineup remain unchanged. Here’s the list of the new prices of Volvo XC60, Volvo S90 and Volvo XC90.

Volvo XC60
Volvo XC60 boasts a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 246 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. It's paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The car features an Android-based touchscreen infotainment system with Google apps, an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) with auto-braking and collision avoidance, plus a Pilot Assistance function.
Volvo S90
Volvo S90’s powertrain combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with a 48V electric motor, producing a total power output of 292 bhp and 430 Nm of torque. Notable features include adaptive cruise control, a 19-speaker sound system, 360-degree camera, heads-up display, and an advanced air cleaner.
Volvo XC90
The Volvo XC90 is powered by a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid powertrain that is tuned to deliver a power output of 296 bhp and 420 Nm of torque. The interior features include an advanced air purifier, a vertically-oriented touchscreen infotainment system with integrated Google services, a heads-up display, wired Apple CarPlay connectivity, and a 19-speaker Bowers and Wilkins stereo system.

In addition to these three models, Volvo also offers the XC40 SUV with a mild-hybrid powertrain. Furthermore, the company has also entered the EV sector in India with the launch of the XC40 Recharge and C40 Recharge in its lineup.
