Yamaha Aerox E Vs TVS X:  Yamaha recently showcased its premium electric scooter, the Aerox E, in India for the first time. The Aerox E is expected to be launched in the country by mid of the 2026. The newly unveiled Aerox E competes against the likes of the Ather 450 Apex, Ola S1 Pro, and TVS X. Here, we are comparing the Yamaha Aerox E and TVS X based on their features and range.

Yamaha Aerox E Vs TVS X: Battery & Range

While the TVS X comes equipped with a 4.44 kWh fixed lithium-ion battery, the Yamaha Aerox E comes equipped with dual detachable batteries, with each of these batteries having a capacity of 1.5 kWh. As is apparent, the TVS X has a larger battery capacity, and it has a claimed range of 140 km, once fully charged. The Yamaha Aerox E, on the other hand, has a claimed range of up to 106 kilometers, once fully charged.

Yamaha Aerox E Vs TVS X: Performance

The electric motor on the TVS X can generate a peak power output of 11kW, and the figure for peak torque stands at 40 Nm. The electric motor on the Yamaha Aerox E, in contrast, has a peak power and torque output of 9.4kW and 48 Nm, respectively. While the TVS X is more performance-oriented, the Yamaha Aerox E is more linear in terms of acceleration.

Yamaha Aerox E Vs TVS X: Technology

The TVS X comes equipped with some of the most advanced features, such as a 10.2-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, OTA updates, and customizable ride modes. The TVS X, on the other hand, comes equipped with features such as a fully digital TFT cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, keyless entry, multiple riding modes, and more.
