Bihar Election Result 2025 Date: The Bihar Assembly Election is in its final phase, with counting and final results highly anticipated, as voting for the two phases has concluded.

The stage is now set for the final verdict on whether the ruling coalition, NDA, under CM Nitish Kumar, will secure another term or the RJD-led opposition alliance, Mahagathbandhan, will dethrone them to assume power after a long time.

The first phase of voting was held in 121 assembly constituencies on November 6, followed by the second and final phase of voting in 122 seats on November 11.

Both the phases saw increased voter turnout of 64.66 per cent and 68.52 per cent, with a collective turnout of 66.91 per cent.

Bihar Assembly Election results: Date and time of counting

The counting for all 243 assembly constituencies will be held on November 14. The counting of votes will start at 8:00 am at the district-level centres.

The counting will start with the ballot papers, followed by the EVM votes. The counting is expected to go on till evening, after which the final tally of winners will take shape.

The Election Commission will provide the certificates to the winning candidate after the results.

Bihar Election Results: Exit polls predict NDA win

The exit polls have predicted a landslide victory for the BJP-led NDA alliance in the Bihar polls 2025. According to most of the poll agencies, the NDA is likely to win between 130 and 160 seats out of the total 243 Assembly constituencies.

The Mahagathbandhan is expected to register victory on fewer than 100 seats. Moreover, the BJP is also expected to replace RJD as the single largest party in Bihar.
