Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha has written to the poll body by stating that the state government has violated the MCC. 

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday released a video message for the voters, seeking support in the upcoming assembly election. He asserted that the NDA government has transformed the state in the past two decades.

The NDA's manifesto promises to provide over one crore government jobs and employment opportunities, among other things. Yadav questioned the feasibility of these promises, asking where the NDA plans to generate these jobs.

"They copy everything," Tejashwi said while addressing the media on Friday. Referring to the NDA's pledge to provide one crore jobs, he added, "They say they will provide one crore jobs. They ask me where I will generate jobs from; they should say where they will do it from."

RJD leader Misa Bharti has slammed Amit Shah over the NDA manifesto saying that how can they fulfill promises when the Union Home Minister himself claimed industries can't be set up in Bihar. 

She said, "How will they fulfill their poll promises when Amit Shah himself said that factories can’t be set up in Bihar?"

Addressing an election rally in Bihar's Siwan, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said, "The NDA had promised in Uttar Pradesh that it would end the mafia rule and put a stop to riots, and we have delivered. Not a single riot has taken place in the last eight and a half years. Anyone who dared to instigate violence was sent to jail, and their property was seized and turned into homes for the poor. Today, there are no riots in Uttar Pradesh, everything is peaceful. Before any festival or event, we make it clear: if anyone tries to create unrest, their entire family’s property will be confiscated, and they will be left with nothing... The NDA government does what it promises. We work for every poor person, every village, every farmer, every youth, and every mother and daughter. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, over the last 11 years, we have been working towards building a developed India. And for a developed India, a developed Bihar is essential , which is why the NDA government must return to power

Congress leader Ashok Gehlot has raised question on manifesto announcement by Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary and not CM Nitish Kumar. He asked if the CM is not in a position to do so.

Gehlot said, "NDA's manifesto for Bihar polls is a string of lies; they must publish a report card for 20-year rule." 

RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha said that his party released the manifesto ahead of time and so NDA was under pressure. He said, "To put it bluntly, it is pressure. We released the manifesto ahead of time. It has an attraction among the people, and they are looking at it with hope. Tejashwi Yadav made a clear commitment... On the jobs front, the record of the PM and his team is zero..."

Reacting to NDA's 'Sankalp Patra', JDU leader Rajiv Ranjan Prasad lauded Nitish Kumar as Bihar CM, saying "The work that Nitish Kumar has done in Bihar, including the cabinet's approval for future employment, roads worth Rs 5 lakh crore are being built in Bihar.... We have done so much work that it is an open challenge to the opposition to share their history as well... Nitish Kumar provided 8 lakh jobs between 2005 and 2020 and 50 lakh jobs between 2020 and 2025. There is no competition."

The ruling NDA has announced major poll promises in its 'Sankalp Patra' vowing to build a world-class medicity in Bihar and a medical college in each district.

In their joint manifesto, the NDA has promised to build 7 expressways in Bihar if the alliance retains power in the upcoming assembly elections.

After the NDA announced its election manifesto, Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary vowed to make Bihar an industrial hub in five years.
