Union Minister Amit Shah, while addressing a rally in Bihar, announced that the Centre has approved the construction of a new airport in Raxaul. He also said that an auditorium will soon be built in Motihari, according to a PTI report.

On NDA and Bihar assembly elections, Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav said, "I am returning from Patna after attending Nitin Naveen's rally and roadshow. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the country is making significant progress, and under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Bihar has been given a new direction. The opposition's aggressive language indicates the NDA's success.",

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, along with BJP leader Anurag Thakur, held a roadshow for the Bihar Elections2025 and campaigned for the BJP-NDA. CM Mohan Yadav said, “We extend our unwavering support and blessings to our party candidate, Nitin. Once again, we appeal to the people of Bihar to vote for the NDA.”,

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath said, "Jungle Raj and hooliganism characterise the RJD and Congress, which are part of their family identity. The individuals who plundered Bihar are 'Khandaani' robbers, and they are now aiming to restore 'Jungle Raj' in Bihar by employing a 'khandaani mafia' as their disciple. It was Congress that denied Ram's existence and RJD that halted the Ram Temple's Rath Yatra. They are allies. SP in UP fired on Lord Ram devotees, drenched Ayodhya in blood... It is we who persisted... The grand Ram temple has finally been built in Ayodhya, which has become one of the world's most beautiful cities... Now, the Mata Sita Janaki temple will also be constructed in Sitamarhi, with the foundation laid and work started. A corridor is also being built to connect Ayodhya to Sitamarhi. A four-lane road costing Rs 6,155 crore is also being constructed. Can Congress or RJD accomplish this? They probably can't, because these 'Khaandani' robbers divert all development funds for personal gain.",

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath said, "Who knows more about the value of vermilion than Lakhisarai? PM Modi launched 'Operation Sindoor' to protect Sindoor, and the guns and missiles used against the enemies of India's sisters were manufactured by us in Lucknow... This is the difference between 'jungle raj' and good governance. Previously, Bihar's youth faced an identity crisis, and welfare schemes for the poor were unimplemented. Development work was invisible because funds were misappropriated by RJD and Congress leaders driven by nepotism and dynasty politics... In 2005, Bihar's youth, farmers, and citizens supported a strong NDA government led by Nitish Kumar ji. Over 20 years, his leadership laid a foundation for visible development in Bihar...",

Ahead of the Bihar elections, an FIR has been registered against Union Minister Lalan Singh, alias Rajiv Ranjan Singh, after a video surfaced in which he allegedly said that Opposition leaders should not be allowed to step out of their houses on election day in Bihar.,

On RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's poll promises, Jan Suraaj Founder Prashant Kishor said, "Tejashwi Yadav should tell us what he would do post-retirement. He is losing elections. He is saying anything."

On Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh's reported statement, he said, "EC will do what the NDA Govt will want.",

During an election rally in  Kutumba, Congress MP & LoP in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi said, " What PM Modi has not told you is that land was snatched from poor farmers and given to Adani for a price of Re 1 per acre. Amit Shah ji had said that there is no land available in Bihar where a factory can be built. But land is available to give to Adani ji ?",

Assam CM & BJP leader Himanta Biswa Sarma said, "Before I came to Raghunathpur, I thought I would see Lord Ram, Lord Lakshman and Goddess Sita, but I was told that there are many Ram, Laxman and Sita here and there is also Osama. So I asked, who is Osama? This Osama is like the earlier Osama Bin Laden. We have to ensure the elimination of all Osama Bin Ladens in the state. What was Osama's father's name? He was called Shahbuddin.",

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta held a roadshow in Bihar as part of the BJP-led NDA’s campaign for the upcoming #BiharElections2025. But RJD and Congress do not have Bihar's development on their agenda. The way Congress raised questions about Lord Ram and Ram Temple, the same way Congress' 'yuvraj' is raising questions on Chhath Maiya...",

At an election rally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "In the next 5 years, we will make an engineering and medical college and hospital in every district of the state. We have already built two IT parks and plan to build three more in the state. NDA has decided that we will make a defence corridor in the state.",

BJP MP Anurag Thakur said, "Do they want to take Bihar back towards 'jungle raj' and 'gunda raj'? Or do thet want to further speed up the pace of development picked by Bihar? What is the meaning of the pace of development in Bihar? The growth rate was 4.4% during RJD rule. It is 11.9% today, during the NDA Govt. Only 22% electricity was available during RJD rule, it is 100% today...During RJD rule, women got zero money and today we deposit Rs 10,000 into their accounts. RJD-Congress ki satta, matlab gundai, rangdari aur katta. On the other hand, Raftar pakda chuka, Bihar phirse NDA sarkar. People of Bihar will vote for further speeding up this development. NDA Government will be formed with a 2/3rd majority.",

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "We will construct Kaushal Vikas Kendras in every district in the state. Every district will get a new factory, and 10 new industrial parks will be constructed in the state. Like UP and Tamil Nadu, we will establish a defence corridor in Bihar.",

Addressing an election rally in Bihar's Darbhanga, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "Lalu and Rabri did not do any work for the development of Bihar..Now, no one will need to travel to Delhi or Patna for AIIMS; people will receive treatment at Darbhanga AIIMS.",

BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said, "No one takes the statements of Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi seriously. Mallikarjun Kharge either doesn't understand or doesn't know Hindi. Whenever they speak, they spew venom.",

LJP (Ram Vilas) leader Arun Bharti said, "Today, Tejashwi Yadav has turned into a hunter to gain power and is offering all kinds of temptations to the public in order to seize power by any means. Tejashwi Yadav should now understand that the people's inclination and trust are in the NDA. The public will not fall into the trap of jungle raj and corruption.",

On PM Modi's speech in Bihar, Congress MP Mallu Ravi said, "You can understand how frustrated PM Modi is, attacking only Congress and RJD. We are talking about the youth, women, inflation, and jobs. There has been a double-engine government since 2005... The Prime Minister speaks about guns from the stage, while Tejashwi speaks about jobs, irrigation, education, medicine, and income. Congress MP Imran Masood said, "Their ( NDA) focus is always on Rahul Gandhi but not on issues and the promises they made. Do they even see anything else except Rahul Gandhi? The people of Bihar are struggling due to employment issues and your unfulfilled promises. The PM doesn't fulfil the promise he earlier made and starts making new promises.",

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said, "I promise to build Bihar's national highways as per world standards, and that day is not far off when I will make Bihar's roads on par with America's. This is my promise: I will build the best bridges. There are no obstacles; anything is achievable. I'm not doing you a favour - this is your money. You are the master, and we are the servants. We serve you honestly; that's why you elected us.",

White addressing a public rally in Saran, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said, "The parties given the opportunity to govern Bihar after independence did not alter the state's development path or improve its conditions. I often remind everyone that you can donate eyes, but you can't donate eyes with a vision for development. Only parties and leaders with such vision can transform the country's future. The governments of Bihar and Delhi are engaged in a double-engine development of Bihar. Our Rajdhani Express is running fast. All you need to do is show the green flag on election day. On RJD's tweet on Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh, RJD MP Manoj Jha said, "We have complained to the EC. Ask the PM what sort of 'jungle raj' this is. This man is your cabinet colleague and you are silent."

On Union Minister Giriraj Singh's tweet on Rahul Gandhi, he says, "Giriraj Singh's ministry is 'Hindu-Muslim', 'Halal-Jhatka' and things like that. He is worried that he now has a lot of competition in his party...",

On Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge's remarks on PM Modi, RJD MP Manoj Jha said, "When PM comes for election campaigning, he should speak of development. The things he says are illogical. We had never seen such degradation in the language used by a PM." ,

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Tuesday announced that his party will roll out the ‘Mai-Bahin Maan Yojana’ immediately after coming to power in Bihar. Speaking to voters on the final day of campaigning for the first phase of the Assembly elections, Yadav said the scheme would be launched on Makar Sankranti, January 14, providing Rs 30,000 each to women across the state.,

On singer-actor and BJP member Pawan Singh's remarks on him, singer-actor and RJD leader Khesari Lal Yadav said, "He is my elder brother...About me, he recently said, 'main ek paani pe nahi rehta'; that one day I say that I am here because of Pawan bhaiya and Dinesh bhaiya. If I have made them my idols, it doesn't make them my 'karmdata' or my God. You are elder brothers, but it is one's actions which make them big. I don't make personal remarks. He says. 'main ek paani pe nahi rehta', how do I respond to this? So, I told him 'kam se kam ek biwi ke saath toh rehta hoon'. I give a lot of importance to my relationships.",

On being asked if PM's rally in Arrah and Nawada can change the results for BJP, party leader Rituraj Sinha said, "You can't have just rallies as the criteria. The public is expressing its faith in all the work done by Modi ji and Nitish ji together. We have faith that the public will again elect the NDA government.",

On Tejashwi Yadav announcing the date of formation of the next government in Bihar, BJP leader Rituraj Sinha said, "Anyone who takes politics seriously will never believe such things. No one takes the things Tejashwi says.",

On his 'Mandir-Hospital' remark, singer-actor and RJD leader Khesari Lal Yadav said, "What I meant to say is, it is indeed important to build Ram Mandir, but is it not important to build hospitals? Are jobs not important? Is education not important? Will we vote for Trump for jobs? People had voted for you. Go ahead and build temples everywhere but will temples decide the future of our children? If temples decide the future of our children, I would want you to build 200 temples in Bihar and show how many children's futures you have decided through that...God resides in our heart and devotion, temples have just an idol. So, build everything. Why just temples?...These people keep changing. If you question them about development, they will take you to 'Mandir-Masjid' or 'Sanatan', speak nonsense and keep you busy there...I am not scared of anyone. It is people who have made me what I am...",

Campaigning for the Bihar Assembly Election will conclude on Tuesday evening, after which candidates will have 24 hours to conduct last-minute door-to-door outreach with local supporters in a final bid to win voters. The first phase of polling will be held on November 6 across 121 assembly constituencies in 18 districts, where 3.75 crore voters will decide the fate of 1,314 candidates through EVMs.,
