Addressing an election rally ahead of the first phase of the Bihar assembly election, RJD leader Lalu Yadav said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will be wiped out from Bihar. 

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday said a defence corridor will come up in Bihar and factories will be set up in each district if the NDA is voted to power.

Union Minister Chirag Paswan hit out at Lalu Yadav for campaigning for the election despite being out of jail due to age concerns. Paswan said, "... Given his age, we don't want to make an issue of this, but it has certainly been a matter of concern... He's out (of jail), expressing concerns about his health. But sometimes he goes out with his family, campaigns, goes for nominations, and attends dinners... Misusing the concessions given by law is a crime in itself...",

While speaking at a political rally in Bihar's Katihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Congress and RJD of disrespecting the Hindu faith by calling Chhath Puja a 'drama'. PM also called the Lalu family, 'shahi parivar', saying that they celebrate all international festivals but call Chhath a drama. 

“RJD and Congress members call the worship of Chhathi Maiya a gimmick, a drama. These people have no idea about the power of Surya Dev. The Congress leader insulted Chhath Maiya, and the people of Bihar took out their anger on the RJD and made them lose. You have punished them once, and you will do it again," he said.

During his election rally in Katihar, ahead of the assembly polls in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed a scathing attack on Congress and alleged a rift between Congress and RJD. PM Modi said that Congress compares Bihar to a 'Beedi' and even called Chhath Puja a drama so that 'people of Bihar would vent their anger on the RJD and defeat them'.,

Union HM Amit Shah said, "The pair of Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi has liberated Bihar from 'jungle raj'. We ended dynasty rule. Lalu ji and Rabri ji want to make their son the CM of Bihar. Sonia Gandhi wants to make her son the PM of the country. But I am here to tell Lalu-Rabri and Sonia ji that neither Lalu ji's son would become the CM nor will Sonia ji's son become the PM. Because Bihar CM is held by Nitish ji and Narendra Modi ji is in power in Delhi (Centre)."

Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh said, "Union HM Amit Shah said that there is no vacancy for the post of Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. When there is no vacancy, then there is no question of who will become the Chief Minister... When Tejashwi Yadav gained consciousness, both his father and mother were corrupt, and there was immense corruption in their term...",

Union HM Amit Shah said, "Rahul Gandhi was here recently. He took out a 'Ghuspaithia Bachao Yatra'. Riga is located near the border, it is near Nepal. Tell me, should Bangladeshi infiltrators not be removed from Bihar's voter list? These infiltrators take up the share of foodgrains for the poor, they snatch away jobs from the youth and those who have come here from Bangladesh have no right to vote here and elect the CM of Bihar.",

While addressing a public rally in Sitamarhi, Union HM Amit Shah said, "Congress was in power at the Centre. Several districts of Bihar were naxal-affected. Voting used to conclude at 3 pm. Now, for the first time, the entire Bihar is going to vote till 5 pm because now Bihar is naxal-free."

PM Narendra Modi said, "Congress people are telling the people of Bihar that when their government will be formed in Delhi, a university like Nalanda will be built in Bihar. When the Congress and RJD governments were in power at the centre for 10 years, they still said they would build a university in Nalanda. They gave only 20 crore rupees for the university and then forgot about it. 20 crore rupees can't build a school in a village. When you gave me the opportunity to serve you in 2014, when our government came to power, we launched a campaign to restore the glory of Nalanda. With all our heart and hard work, we allocated over 2,000 crore rupees to the university in 10 years... Today, we have built a magnificent campus for Nalanda University. Today, I proudly say that students from more than 21 countries are studying at Nalanda University...",

PM Narendra Modi said, "Be it Congress or RJD, they are only attached to infiltrators. These people undertake political tours to protect infiltrators. Tell me, will you decide Bihar's future or will the infiltrators decide?... These infiltrators are occupying your property, staking their claim on your resources... Bihar needs to be protected from infiltrators...We are working to remove these infiltrators."

PM Narendra Modi says, "You probably don't know. When I go abroad, I give a box full of makhana to even the biggest leaders of the world. And I proudly say, this is the income of the farmers of my Bihar. Our government here is also giving priority to the interests of fish farmers. We created a separate ministry for the fish sector. We gave a separate budget. Before, there was no other ministry in the Government of India for fish farming. There was no budget. It is Modi who created a separate ministry in India so that the lives of my fish farmers can be improved.",

While addressing the public in Sonbarsa, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, "The Prime Minister's time should be devoted to providing jobs, fostering development, and establishing large industries. Therefore, I suggest that he create a new ministry and call it the 'Ministry of Insults', so that his time isn't wasted... When you protest for your job, your employment, and they feel the country is being insulted because someone is raising questions, the 'Ministry of Insults' can summon you. I also suggest that this Ministry keep a record of all the abuse they've hurled at my family. It would fill an entire library...",

PM Narendra Modi said, "I would also like to tell every sister and daughter of Bihar to be vigilant. These Jungle Raj people want to stop any such aid being offered to you. Whether it's RJD or Congress, they have no connection with development. 'NDA ki pehchan Vikas se hai aur RJD and Congress ki pehchan Vinash hain.'..",

While addressing the public rally in Saharsa, PM Narendra Modi said, "Yesterday in Mumbai, India's daughters have created history. India has won the Women's Cricket World Cup for the first time. After 25 years, the world has got a new world champion, and India's daughters have given this pride to the entire nation. This victory isn't just limited to the sports field. It's also a symbol of India's daughters' newfound confidence. These are daughters from small villages and towns; these are daughters of our farmers, labourers, and lower middle-class families. I'm proud of them; the entire nation is proud. I also extend my heartfelt congratulations to the parents of these champion daughters.",

While addressing the public rally in Sheohar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "Earlier, Pakistani terrorists used to sneak into India every day. Did Congress and Lalu ever respond to them? They would feed them biryani instead. When Uri was attacked, we conducted a surgical strike, when the Pulwama attack happened, we conducted airstrikes, and when Pahalgam was attacked, within 10 days, we entered Pakistan and eliminated the terrorists with Operation Sindoor. If bullets are fired from there, the answer will be with shells from here. After a defence corridor is built here, these will be built on the land of Bihar and Mithila.",

On Bihar Election2025, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said, "If I get a call for the Bihar election campaign, I will definitely go. I am confident that the opposition alliance will win this time in the elections. The anti-incumbency in Bihar and the BJP's corruption and mismanagement will be important factors. The NDA alliance in Bihar has also followed the model of making promises of state guarantee schemes. In Karnataka, 1.24 crore women are being given Rs 2000 per month. Grihalakshmi guarantee. So far, more than Rs 1 lakh crore has been spent on guarantee schemes in the state. The current Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is making alliances with many parties, but he has no ideology. Poverty has not been eradicated in Bihar. Therefore, I am hopeful that the poor, backward, Dalits and minorities will vote for the Congress.",

RJD leader Misa Bharti said, "It is the misfortune of Bihar and the country that we have such a Prime Minister. 'Katta chal raha hai Mokama mein' and on the other hand, the Prime Minister is making such statements. On one side, Tejashwi Yadav is talking about employment, talking about setting up factories, and on the other side, this country's Prime Minister comes here and talks about 'katta'... When the Prime Minister of this country himself uses such language, what expectation can you have from the rest of the people?",

On UP CM's "INDI alliance has 3 monkeys of their own: Pappu, Tappu, and Appu" remark, Congress leader Pawan Khera said, "He is a Yogi but he is insulting Hanuman ji. Imagine a Yogi insulting Hanuman ji. What can we say? The public is watching and hearing this.",

UP CM Yogi Adityanath says, "Who caused disputes in Kashmir? It was Congress... Today, PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have worked to free Kashmir from terrorism and extremism... What was the compulsion that the Kashmir Valley became devoid of Hindus? It was Congress's sin that Article 370 was implemented in Kashmir... Pakistanis were settling there, while the rest of the Indians were being asked to vacate Kashmir...",

While addressing a rally in Bihar’ Darbhanga UP CM Yogi Adityanath said, "You must have heard of Gandhi's three monkeys. Today, the INDI alliance has three monkeys of their own: Pappu, Tappu, and Appu. Pappu can't tell the truth... Tappu can't see what's right. Appu can't hear the truth... These three monkeys are trying to breach Bihar's security by luring the family mafia and making them their disciples...These people pitted caste against caste in Bihar... With guns and pistols, they tainted Bihar's entire system. These are the same people who divide you on the basis of caste, invite infiltrators, tamper with your faith, and then undermine national security.",

RJD MP Sanjay Yadav says, "The message is clear that after 14th Nov, the NDA CM's face won't be visible anywhere publicly. What did the CM say? That NDA will form the Govt. But CM's name has not been taken anywhere.  His own people are saying this now. You do not even need to read between the lines. The writing on the wall is clear now...Mahagathbandhan is going to form the Govt...",

On his reported statement on Muslim voters and Keoti seat, BJP MP Ashok Kumar Yadav said, "My statement was that Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar work for everyone, be they Hindus or Muslims or Dalits or Backwards or Extremely Backwards. So, if we work for everyone, during elections, we expect to get votes from all communities. We get votes from all communities but wherever the Muslims are in the majority, 'pure-Muslim booths', we get a zero. So, I said that if they have such hatred for Narendra Modi, turn down all the benefits from development that you are getting. That is all I said. PM Modi does no discrimination. So, who is communal here? We are accused of being communal. But who votes on religious lines? Elections are going to be held in Keoti and people of one religion are uniting behind the RJD candidate there. We talk about development and go to people with these matters. Opposition is seeking votes on religious and caste lines. This is not good for democracy...",

Union Minister Chirag Paswan said, "Can someone speak like this about a current PM? Everyone knows about the decision-making capabilities of the PM. Mahagathbandhan and the people of Congress should not say such things where all decisions are made in one place. PM's decision-making capabilities and his work style are the reasons over 25 crore people have come out of poverty in the last 11 years"

On Tejashwi Yadav, he said, "There is no harm in seeing 'Mungeri Lal ke haseen sapne.' On 14th Nov, NDA is going to form the Govt once again under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar.",

On PM Narendra Modi's speech, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge says, "All of this is a lie. He has nothing else to say. I will answer this today in Bihar. What he is saying is a lie. Nobody will tell someone else to make someone the CM at gunpoint. Congress has never done this. Modi ji is the PM of this country; his saying such things is laughable. This shows his level. He sets aside the level at which a PM should speak and is making election speeches in Bihar.",

On RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's statement that he will take oath as CM on November 18, Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said, "The voters will decide that. If someone says they're going to become the Chief Minister on the 18th, does that mean Tejashwi Yadav has performed some magic on the EVMs? They're all daydreaming. The people of Bihar don't want to bring back jungle raj. The people of Bihar now like the rule of law, the people of Bihar are going to form the NDA government again and the voters are ready to form the NDA government with more than two-thirds majority.",

On PM Narendra Modi's speech, Bihar Minister Nitin Nabin said, "It is very clear what the PM has pointed out. Those who made this state fall prey to naxalism for their political gains have now been dealt with strongly by the Centre. They are now roaming around with a copy of the Constitution and say they have to safeguard democracy. Those who functioned by aiming guns now speak of democracy. This is deceit and won't work for long. PM has exposed them.",

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold two election rallies in Bihar today, November 4, with just two days left before the first phase of polling on November 6. Campaigning for 30 NDA candidates, the Prime Minister will first address a rally in Saharsa at 11 a.m. before heading to Katihar for his second event.,

Responding to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s remarks, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said, “Rahul Gandhi is the real scamster. From his brother-in-law to everyone else, everyone around him is a scamster. The Prime Minister isn't just an individual; he's an institution. (Rahul Gandhi) repeatedly tries to tarnish his image, because he's trying to tarnish a constitutional institution... These are the same people who call the 'Rashtrapati' as 'Rashtrapatni'...”

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, while addressing a gathering in Seemanchal, criticised Tejashwi Yadav for being disconnected from the ground realities of the region. Sharing his experience from a recent visit, Owaisi said, “We went to a remote village in Seemanchal. When we came out after offering namaaz, our sisters and mothers were standing there. Only the elders were standing there since the poor youth have already migrated. Eight-year-old children were chanting 'Patang Chap.' Tejashwi, did you see that an eight-year-old child is saying 'Patang Chap.' But you are flying in the sky, you don't have time to come down to the earth?... But the people of Seemanchal will make you sleep on the ground...”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday launched a sharp counterattack on the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar, criticising Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s recent remarks calling the BJP’s Chhath Puja celebrations a “drama.”

Speaking at an election rally in Nawada, PM Modi invoked ‘Surya Dev’ and highlighted the government’s efforts to harness solar energy. He said, “RJD and Congress members call the worship of Chhathi Maiya a gimmick, a drama. These people have no idea about Surya Dev's powers. It's our government that's engaged in generating electricity from Surya Dev's energy. Those who have come from Delhi and other major cities to enjoy the election season, I'd also like to tell them to go and see the floating solar plant in Nawada.”

His comments came in response to Rahul Gandhi’s statement made during a rally in Darbhanga, where he accused the Prime Minister of staging a “drama” during Chhath Puja. Gandhi said, “PM Modi said that he will bathe on the Yamuna for Chhath. The Yamuna has dirty water. If someone drank it, they would either get sick or die. No one can go inside. The water is so dirty that if you enter it, you would get sick or get an infection. But Modi staged a drama. He built a small pond there. They will show you anything for elections. A pipe is installed from behind. Clean water is poured into it. The problem arose that someone took a photo of the pipe,"

The Congress on Sunday responded to the NDA’s repeated claims that Bihar would witness a return to “jungle raj” if the opposition came to power, alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar are themselves overseeing a state plagued by paper leaks, unemployment, displacement, and rising violent crimes.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar are holding roadshows in Patna on the same streets where young people were lathi-charged almost every month for demanding jobs and fair recruitment exams.”

While addressing a rally in Begusarai on Saturday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of diverting attention from the country’s unemployment crisis by urging the youth to watch social media reels. He said the Prime Minister could “do anything for votes,” even perform yoga if needed. Gandhi further added that a Congress-led government in Bihar would represent every community rather than focusing on any particular caste.

“It’s Modi’s guarantee that Bihar’s youth will work in Bihar in future” says PM Modi in Khagaria.

A group of foreign diplomats from the embassies of Japan, the United Kingdom, and several other countries began a two-day visit to Bihar on Sunday to observe the BJP’s election campaign and India’s democratic process. The delegation also includes representatives from Indonesia, Denmark, Australia, Bhutan, and South Africa.

Addressing an election rally in Begusarai ahead of the first phase of the upcoming Bihar polls, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi said if you promise that you will ensure the BJP's win at a certain constituency, then PM Modi will even dance for it.

Claiming that there is a huge rift between Congress and RJD, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in Arrah, said that Congress did not want Chief Ministerial face to be from RJD but RJD snached it from Congress by pointing Gun at them. 

PM Modi said, "...Congress never wanted an RJD candidate to be declared the Chief Ministerial face. But RJD snatched the Chief Ministerial post by pointing a gun at Congress, ensuring that its candidate would be the Chief Ministerial face... There is a huge conflict between the RJD and the Congress. Congress's demands were not taken into account in the manifesto... There is so much hatred between them before the elections, and after the elections, they will turn on each other. They cannot be trusted..."

As the election campaign is in full swing in Bihar, PM Modi, while addressing the public ahead of the first phase of voting, said that when he talks about Viksit Bharat, he means industrial development of Bihar. 

PM Narendra Modi said, "Viksit Bihar is the foundation of Viksit Bharat. When I talk about Viksit Bihar, I mean the industrial development of Bihar; the youth of Bihar should get jobs in Bihar. Your dreams are our resolve...This time, the people of Bihar will ensure that NDA wins the elections with a record margin...The leaders of 'Jungle Raaj' will set a record for the most crushing defeat..."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing an election gathering in Arrah, urged people to help the NDA register a record-breaking victory. Taking on opposition, PM called the Mahagathbandhan's manifesto a 'bundle of lies'. 

PM Modi said, "The manifesto of the NDA alliance is an honest declaration and on the other hand, the manifesto of Mahagathbandhan is a bundle of lies...'Yeh public hai yeh sab janti hai'..."

The Union Home Minister Amit Shah, while addressing a political gathering in Muzzafarpur, hit out at opposition, saying that Lalu Yadav wants to make his son CM while Sonia wants to See her son as PM but of their wish will get fulfilled.

Amit Shah said, ".Lalu ji and Sonia ji do not care about the nation. Lalu ji wants to make his son the Chief Minister and Sonia ji wants to make his son the Prime Minister. Their wish will never get fulfilled as Nitish Kumar is the CM of Bihar and NarendraModi is the PM of the nation...",

After RJD announced that if the Mahagathbandhan come to power, there will be several Deputy CMs, including one from the Muslim community, the BJP has hit out at RJD, calling the announcement a 'trial of jungle raj'. 

BJP Spokeperson, Guru Prakash Pawan, said, "We have long stated this... Krishna Allavaru, who is now a former Congress in-charge, said a Muslim deputy CM would be there... To whom did Lalu Yadav give the first ticket? It's not the son of late Sharad Yadav, who provided political patronage to Lalu Prasad Yadav, but the son of a notorious criminal, Shahabuddin. This is a trailer of Jungle Raj..."

National spokesperson of the BJP, Guru Prakash Paswan, affirmed the rule of law in Bihar after the JDU leader was arrested in the Mokama murder case. Paswan said,  "There is the rule of law here... Four FIRs were filed, and arrests were made. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. Nitish Kumar's government, the NDA coalition government, never compromises on crime, and this is an example of that."

Following the arrest of JDU leader Anant Sigh murder case of Jan Suraaj worker, Dular Chand Yadav, opposition leaders are taking on the ruling NDA and slamming it for running a 'real jungle raj'. Taking on the Bihar government over the deteriorating law and order situation, Congress Leader Pawan Khera said that an arrest is not a big thing because arrests were made earlier too, but bails were also granted. 

Khera Said, "It is not that the arrest has happened today, arrests have happened earlier too, bails were also granted, but those who were talking about jungle raj, it has come to light today that this is the real jungle raj where leaders are being shot in the middle of elections, the leaders themselves are getting it done. Today is the Prime Minister's road show, hence the arrest was done"

The Chief Minister face for the opposition alliance, Mahagathbandhan, Tejashwi Yadav, has called the NDA term in Bihar 'Maha Jungle Raj' after JDU leader Anant Singh was arrested in the Mokama murder case. State police have arrested Singh in connection with the Jan Suraaj worker, Dular Chand Yadav's murder. 

Tejashwi Yadav affirmed that the Mahagathbandhan will form the government in Bihar after the results are announced on November 14. ,

After Janata Dal United (JDU) contender from Mokama assembly constituency, Anant Singh, was arrested in connection with the murder of Jan Suraj supporter Dular Chand Yadav, RJD has called the move a 'mere formality'. RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwari said, "...This arrest is just a mere formality...There is a collapse of law and order situation in Bihar...This is 'gundaraj'.,

Just days before the first phase, JDU has landed in major political trouble as its contender from the Mokama assembly constituency has been arrested in the murder case of rival Dular Chand Yadav, who was a supporter of the Jan Suraj party.

Amid a fierce contest between the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the opposition Mahagathbandhan to sustain power and return to the regime, Prime Minister Modi will hold a 3-kilometre-long roadshow in Patna along with rallies in Ara and Nawada.

On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi will also address political rallies in Begusarai and Khagaria as part of the Congress's election campaign.
