The Bihar government's Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, and other cabinet ministers made the details of assets acquired in the year 2025 public on December 31, 2025. Following this, the government has now set a deadline for IAS-IPS officers, as well as other officials of the state government, to submit details of their assets.
The Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission has informed the Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, and Secretaries of all departments, as well as Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates, in this regard.

A letter issued by B Rajender, Director of the Administrative Reforms Mission, states that the details of assets acquired in 2025 by all officers of the Indian Services, Civil Service, and other services, including officers and employees working under the state government, are to be uploaded on the government website. A deadline has been set for this.
Accordingly, officers and employees are to provide the mission with consolidated details of their acquired assets. According to the order, Drawing and Disbursing Officers and all officers from Group A to C must register in the mission's prescribed proforma by January 9, 2026. The list will be uploaded to the software by January 15.
The deadline for the mission office to receive the signed documents detailing the movable and immovable assets and liabilities of all officers and employees will be March 15. Following this, the official information regarding the assets will be uploaded to the mission's website by March 31. Based on this order, instructions have been issued to carry out this work on a priority basis.
