Homebuyers who invested in Agrani Homes’ PK Villa project will receive refunds of their invested amounts, following an order issued by RERA Bihar. A total of Rs 1 crore will be returned to 18 complainants who had filed a case against the builder. Refunds will be made proportionately based on the amount each homebuyer paid.

The landowner of the PK Villa project had deposited the sum with RERA Bihar as per the authority’s instructions, after being permitted to de-register the old development agreement for the land.
