The Aastha special train will begin operating on Thursday for the darshan of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. The first Aastha special train from Bihar will depart from Katihar at 6 PM. on February 1st and travel to Ayodhya via Muzaffarpur-Hajipur Chapra. The train will arrive at Muzaffarpur Junction at 12.30 PM, and a maximum of 452 devotees will board, all of whom will be from North Bihar. Their berth has also been confirmed.

People from the Sangh and the BJP have asked the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to provide food and drinks. As many as 1344 devotees have reserved seats on the Aastha special train. Their security will extend from Katihar to Ayodhya.

The RPF and GRP of each station where the Aastha special train will pass will provide separate security. This train will travel to Ayodhya via Navgachia, Khagaria, Begusarai, Barauni, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Chhapra, and Katihar's Siwan station. Following this, the second Aastha special train will depart Bhagalpur at 7 p.m. on February 2 and travel via Patna.

This train will arrive in Patna at five in the morning. From there, it will travel to Ayodhya via Mughalsarai and Varanasi. Following that, the train from Muzaffarpur to Ayodhya will open on February 16th. Official information on where it will be booked has not been provided. North Eastern Railway has decided to operate four trains for devotees from Jamalpur, Munger, and Bhagalpur.
