Due to westerly winds, the state's weather will remain dry. No significant change in temperature is expected over the next five days. According to the Meteorological Centre Patna, a mild cold effect will persist in the mornings and evenings.
There is a possibility of light mist in the morning in areas including Patna, along the banks of the Ganges, and in the Terai regions. Temperature fluctuations will continue, with sunshine during the day.
On Wednesday, Patna's maximum temperature was 33.2 degrees Celsius, while Motihari recorded the highest maximum temperature at 35.8 degrees Celsius. A drop in maximum temperature was recorded in 18 cities, including Patna. However, the temperature in the remaining districts stayed above normal.
In Patna and its surrounding areas, the effect of mild cold continued in the mornings and evenings. The weather remained normal during the day due to sunshine. According to the Meteorological Department, a Western Disturbance from the first week of November will cause a gradual fall in temperature, leading to an increase in cold.
For the next few days, the effect of mild cold will continue along with temperature fluctuations in different parts of the state.
