Bihar Weather Update: There is a possibility of heavy rainfall before the monsoon withdraws from Bihar. According to the Meteorological Center, Patna, on Wednesday, the capital and other parts will remain cloudy and there is a possibility of scattered rainfall in most of the areas.
There is a warning of heavy rain with thunder in eight districts including Patna. Very heavy rain is expected in East and West Champaran. Winds are likely to blow at a speed of 30-40 km per hour in most parts. There is no possibility of any significant change in temperature during the next four days.

On Tuesday, the weather remained normal in Patna and surrounding areas with cloudy skies and intermittent drizzle. With the change in weather, a drop in the maximum temperature was recorded in 28 districts including the capital. During the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature of Patna dropped by four degrees to 27.7 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature was recorded in Siwan at 31.8 degrees Celsius.
Rainfall was recorded in various parts of the capital and the region during the past 24 hours. Patna received 42 mm of rain, while Bhawanipur in Purnia recorded the highest rainfall of 126.2 mm.

96.8 mm in Rupauli of Purnia, 88.2 mm in Masaurhi of Patna district, 77.2 mm in Sonbarsa of Saharsa, 74.2 mm in Dhanarua of Patna, 70.2 mm in Fatuha, 60 mm in Baltara of Khagaria, 58.2 mm in Phulwarisharif, 57.5 mm in Koilwar of Bhojpur, 54.6 mm in Kako of Jehanabad, 52.4 mm in Akbarpur of Nawada, 49.8 mm in Kataiya of Gopalganj, 45.8 mm in Jhanjharpur of Madhubani, 45.2 mm in Ahmedabad of Katihar, 44.6 mm in Atri of Gayaji, 43.6 mm in Singheshwar of Madhepura, 42.8 mm in Silav of Nalanda, 40.2 mm in Harsiddhi of East Champaran, Pachrukhi of Siwan 38.6 mm rainfall was recorded in Vajriganj of Gayaji and 38.6 mm rainfall was recorded in Vajriganj.
