Key Issues And Campaign Dynamics

Local issues in the Masaurhi regionsuch as road construction, the drinking water crisis, unemployment, and the security situationwere major topics of discussion in this election.

JDU candidate Arun Manjhi assured concrete solutions to these problems, which had an impact on the voters and paved his way to victory.

His rival, Rekha Devi, had centered her election campaign on women's safety, health facilities, and employment. However, her candidacy proved weak against the JDU's strong organisational strategy and Arun Manjhi's public outreach skills.

Overall, in the 2025 election, the Masaurhi assembly seat has once again shown its faith in the NDA by giving a clear mandate to the JDU.
