Adani Group Share Price: Shares of nine out of ten Adani Group companies increased in morning trade on Monday, with Adani Energy Solutions gaining about 7 per cent, in line with a rally in the equity market. Adani Energy Solutions shares rose 6.89 per cent, Adani Green Energy 6.42 per cent, Adani Total Gas 5.33 per cent, Adani Ports 4.64 per cent and Adani Power 4.17 per cent on the BSE.

Adani Enterprises Share Price Surges Over 4%

Adani Enterprises' share price rose 4 per cent, followed by shares of Adani Wilmar, which jumped over 3 in morning trade. ACC share price surged 3 per cent and Ambuja Cements shares went up 2.71 per cent on the BSE. However, NDTV shares fell 2 percent. In morning trade, the BSE benchmark Sensex jumped 1,330.17 points to 80,447.28 and the NSE Nifty rose 438 points to 24,345.25.

Adani Group To Withdraw Bid For Kenya Airport

Billionaire Gautam Adani's group on Saturday clarified on reports that it had cancelled a deal worth over $2.5 billion following a U.S. indictment of Adani on bribery charges, saying it had not entered into any binding agreement to operate Kenya's main airport.

On the deal signed last month to build and operate key power transmission lines in Kenya for 30 years, the group said the project did not fall under Sebi's disclosure rules, so no disclosure was required on its cancellation.

The group was responding to a notice sent by stock exchanges seeking confirmation on reports that Kenya's President William Ruto had ordered the cancellation of the procurement process, which was expected to give it control of the country's main airport after the group's founder was indicted in the United States.

Adani Enterprises Ltd, the flagship company of the Gautam Adani Group, which operates the airport business, said in a filing that it had set up a subsidiary in Kenya in August this year to upgrade, modernize and manage airports.
