Amanta Healthcare IPO Listing: Amanta Healthcare share price had a strong debut in the stock market on Tuesday. On NSE, the share price was listed at Rs 135 apiece, a premium of 7.14 per cent over its issue price of Rs 126 per share. Amanta Healthcare shares listed at Rs 134 on BSE, gaining a 6.35 per cent premium over the issue price.
Amanta Healthcare, a pharma company that has evolved from a large-volume parenterals manufacturer into a leading contract partner producing sterile dosage forms, has recently completed its IPO process, with a book-built issue of Rs 126 crore. The IPO was open for subscription from September 1 to September 3, 2025. On day 3, the issue was oversubscribed by 82.61 times, with shares allotted on September 4, 2025.
The stock made its debut on the BSE and NSE on September 9, 2025, with a price of Rs 134 and Rs 135, respectively. The issue price was set at Rs 126 per share, and it was an entirely fresh issue of 10,000,000 shares.
