IPO's Subscription Status: India's IPO market is on the boom, as the big companies like Bajaj Housing Finance and Tollins Tire attracting plenty of investor interest. The public listing of Bajaj Housing Finance has attracted bids of around 64 times the offered shares, marking it as the most sought-after IPO of the year. Tollins Tires’ initial public offering saw a strong 23.87 times subscription, with significant interest from institutional and retail investors.
Bajaj Housing Finance IPO Subscription Status
Bajaj Housing Finance's initial public offering (IPO) got an overwhelming subscription around 64 times on the last day of bidding. According to NSE data, the share sale was subscribed 63.6 times till 7:00 pm on Wednesday.
The price band for the highly anticipated Rs 6,560 crore IPO was fixed at Rs 66 to Rs 70 per share. The IPO received bids for 46,22,63,63,416 shares with subscriptions of 67.39 times on Wednesday, the last day of bidding, as compared to the 68,60,00,009 shares offered.
The category for non-institutional investors was subscribed 43.93 times, while the segment for retail individual investors (RII) was subscribed 7.35 times. The QIB category was subscribed 222.05 times.

The IPO was opened for public subscription on September 9. The share allocation of the Bajaj Housing Finance IPO is expected to be finalized on September 12, while its shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE on September 16.
Tolins Tires IPO Subscription status
The initial public offering (IPO) of Tolins Tires was subscribed 23.87 times on Wednesday, the final day of bidding. According to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), bids for 17,87,61,066 shares were received against the 74,88,372 shares offered in the initial share sale.
The quota of non-institutional investors saw a subscription of 27.41 times, while the category of qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) saw a subscription of 25.42 times. Retail individual investors (RIIs) attracted 21.47 times subscriptions.
Tolins Tires' initial public offering was fully subscribed within hours of the tender opening on Monday, with the first day seeing an overall subscription of 1.80 times.
Tollins Tire Ltd announced on Friday that it has raised Rs 69 crore from anchor investors. The company has set a price band of Rs 215-226 per share for its initial public offering (IPO).
Kross IPO subscription status
The initial share sale of auto parts maker Cross Ltd was subscribed 16.81 times on Wednesday.
According to data available with the NSE, bids for 25,80,21,618 shares were received against the 1,53,50,877 shares offered in the public offer.
For qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), the share reached 23.32 times subscription while the quota of non-institutional investors reached 22.24 times the subscription. The retail individual investor (RII) segment received 10.76 times subscriptions. Kross Ltd said on Friday that it has raised Rs 150 crore from anchor investors.
