Bank Holidays in June: All public and private sector banks will remain closed for 12 days in the month of June, these holidays include the second and fourth Saturdays all Sundays of the month. Banks across the country will remain closed on June 17 on the occasion of Bakrid, also known as Eid-ul-Adha. There will be no banking activity in Jammu and Srinagar on June 18 as well. So, you should schedule your bank visit according to holidays list to avoid inconvenience. Below are the list of bank holidays in june 2024.

Complete list of bank holidays in June 2024
- Bank holiday on June 9 — Banks will remain closed in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan on the occasion of Maharana Pratap Jayanti.
- Bank holiday on June 10 — Banks will remain closed in Punjab on the occasion of martyrdom day of Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji.
- Bank holiday on June 14 — Banks will remain closed in Odisha on this day on account of Pahili Raja.
- Bank holiday on June 15 — Banks in the northeastern state of Mizoram will remain closed on YMA Day, and banks in Odisha will remain closed for Raja Sankranti.
- Bank holiday on June 17 — Banks will remain closed across India, except for a few states, on the occasion of Bakrid.
- Bank holiday on June 21 — Banks will remain closed in many states on account of Vat Savitri Vrat.
- Weekend holidays
- Banks will remain closed across India on the second Saturday on June 8.
- Banks will remain closed across India on the fourth Saturday on June 22.
- Bank holidays on Sundays in India on these dates: June 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.
Online Banking
Despite bank holidays, you can transact money or do other banking work through online banking and ATMs. These facilities will not be affected by bank holidays. During bank holidays, you can perform many banking-related tasks through mobile or net banking. All online services will remain operational during bank holidays.
