Bank Closed Tomorrow: As per the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) official holiday calendar for the financial year 2025–26, banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in observance of the birth anniversary of Guru Hargobind Ji. This occasion holds significant religious importance for the Sikh community, and hence, all private and public sector banks in these two cities will remain closed tomorrow.

The RBI has listed a total of seven bank holidays for the month of July 2025, which vary state-wise based on local festivals, religious observances, and regional events. Below is a list of upcoming state-specific bank holidays for July 2025:

Online Banking Services On Holiday
Customers can continue to access online banking services across the country even on bank holidays, unless otherwise notified by their respective banks. Fund transfer requests can be made through NEFT/RTGS, along with services such as demand draft applications and chequebook requests. Card-related services, including the use of credit, debit, and ATM cards, will also remain operational. Additionally, facilities like account maintenance, setting up standing instructions, and locker applications will be available through digital banking platforms.
