Cryptocurrency Market: The combined market cap of cryptocurrencies extended the previous day's loss as the crypto market declined over 3.8% in the last 24 hours. The downfall in values of heavyweights like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, XRP, Solana, BNB dragged the crypto market cap 3.84% down at $2.58T.
According to coinmarketcap.com, the total crypto market size over the last 24 hours was $154.58 billion, representing an increase of 56.59%. The total volume in DeFi is approximately $8.96 billion, which is 5.80% of the total crypto market's 24-hour volume. The volume of all stablecoins is $145.79 billion, 94.31% of the total crypto market's 24-hour volume.
The dominance of Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency, is currently at 61.04%, an increase of 0.56% over the day.
"President Trump’s strategic reserve announcement and the March 7 crypto moguls’ White House meeting seem to have left crypto with no near-term positive drivers. This is reflected in Bitcoin’s dip below $80,000 and it underscores broader market fragility and macroeconomic headwinds. In the market, a risk-off sentiment prevails as spot Bitcoin ETFs witnessed $600 million outflows this week," said Vikram Subburaj, CEO, Giottus Crypto Platform
"BTC’s key long-liquidation targets look like $76,000 and $74,000. The key asset’s ability to reclaim and hold above $80,000 is crucial for larger market stability. Meanwhile, Ethereum’s slide to $1,800 and double-digit losses in altcoins signal sustained selling pressure across the board. However, market observers think a rebound is possible at price points nearby as there is positive regulatory momentum across the world," he added

Solana: The cryptocurrency was 5.31% in the last 24 hours and was trading at $119.97 in the morning. In the last 7 days, Solana's value shrunk over 12%.
BNB Price Today: BNB price shrunk 5.28% to $533 in the last 24 hours. It has declined over 4.89% in the last 7 days.
Dogecoin: Dogecoin has been following the downward trend for the past few days. Its value declined over 10.73% in last 24 hours to $0.1545. Dogecoin price lost over 20% in the last seven days.
