EPFO website Error:  The employees registered with the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) are facing trouble while logging in to the official website of the organisation. Users are also complaining of facing errors while withdrawing money from the PF account.

A customer claimed that he has been facing the issue for the past 15 days and urged EPFO to resolve the issue soon.

The EPFO member, took X, formerly Twitter, to bring the attention of EPFO and wrote, "We Are Tried to Login Past 15 Days .. Same issue Conditioned.. Just Now I tried to Login , The issue Not Yet Resolved .. Resolve the Issue As soon As Possible."

The official handle of EPFO took cognisance of the problem he is facing and assured him to resolve the matter shortly.

"Dear Member,we regret for the inconvenience. The matter will be resolved shortly," EPFO handle relied to @KaanthalKalam, a X user.

The user also shared the screenshot of the computer screen containing the error page while logging in to EPFO's official website.

Another User, Dharmendra Kasaudhan, claimed that he has been facing problems again and again while trying to withdraw an amount from the PF account.

"@socialepfo I am not able to claim my PF online, facing error again n again, can anyone help?," wrote the user.

The EPFO, in response, expressed regret for the inconvenience and vowed to resolve the matter shortly.

How to check PF balance using the EPFO portal

  • Go To the EPFO portal and under "For Employees" section click on "Our Services" tab.
  • Find "Member Passbook" option in the "Services" section.
  • Next, You have to Log in using your activated UAN number and password.
  • Select the valid "Member ID" and click on "View Passbook" option
  • You will have your PF Details in front of You on the screen.
  • For the record, You can download it by clicking on the "Download Passbook" option.
