As November starts, banks across the country will remain closed on several days due to severa regional-level festivals. In India, bank holidays are designated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which follows the Negotiable Instruments Act. Additionally, there are mandatory weekly offs on the second and fourth Saturdays, as well as Sundays.

Several bank holidays are scheduled for November to mark notable observances like Guru Nanak Jayanti, Kartik Purnima, and the Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election, among others.
