RIL AGM 2025 Expected Announcements: Reliance Industries is set to hold its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at 2 PM. This will be a video conferencing event where RIL's more than 4.4 million shareholders will gather to discuss the future growth of the platform's retail, digital and energy businesses.

The RIL AGM 2025 will be broadcast live on the Reliance website and streamed live on the company's YouTube channel, which has 104,000 subscribers. This will ensure that even shareholders from remote locations can access it, and market watchers can also benefit from the discussions.

RIL AGM 2025: IPOs To Watch Out For
As both Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail are preparing for an IPO, it is expected that they will release an anticipated timeline for the IPO launch. Both businesses have seen strong growth over the years, and many stockbrokers suggest that their separate listing could benefit them substantially.

Push for AI and Going Fully Digital
RIL is expected to introduce a new strategy to expand its use of AI, and market watchers are closely tracking this move, given the huge profit potential in the AI industry. In its previous fiscal report, Reliance had suggested that AirFiber would drive growth directly from the home, making its consumers feel confident about the technology.

Retail Growth Momentum
Reliance Retail will not limit its expansion to retail businesses alone. Investors are awaiting updates on its new FMCG expansion, JioCinema monetisation, and quick commerce initiatives. The company expects to double its retail earnings even further in the next three to four years.

Clean Energy Initiatives
Reliance is building a one-of-a-kind, all-in-one clean energy platform, manufacturing polysilicon, solar modules, electrolyzers, batteries and green hydrogen products. Because all of these products are being made in-house, an expected cost reduction of 25 per cent is projected. Their new solar panel technology, such as perovskite solar cell technology, will be discussed in the next four to six quarters.

Reliance Petrochemicals and Exploration
Reliance's O2C business, which is still its largest profit-making business, will be a key point of discussion at the AGM. With expansion plans already laid out, the meeting will further discuss how to add capacity in polyester, vinyl, and carbon fibre by FY27. The Reliance petrochemical business is also looking to rejuvenate its Krishna Godavari Dhirubhai 6 (KG-D6) basin, which is an offshore development operated by Reliance Industries.
