Reliance Share Price: A day after hitting a 52-week high, Reliance Industries' share price slumped over 5 per cent during the intraday trade on Tuesday, dragging the key benchmark equity indices lower.
The blue-chip stock started the session slightly lower at Rs 1,569 per share against the previous session's closing of Rs 1,578.10 on NSE. Meanwhile, due to selling pressure, the Reliance Industries shares fell over 5 per cent to hit an intraday low at Rs 1,496.30.
At around 12:23 PM, the company's shares were trading at Rs 1,504.60, down 4.66 per cent on NSE.
Reliance shares had hit their record high of Rs 1,611.20 in the previous trading session.

Why Reliance Shares Are Falling Today?
This decrease in the shares came after Reliance Industries denied a report claiming that three tankers carrying Russian crude were en route to its Jamnagar refinery.
In a statement, Reliance clarified that the Jamnagar refinery had not received any shipments of Russian oil in the past three weeks.
Stock Market Today
In the afternoon trade at around 12:54 PM, the Nifty50 was trading at 26,165.40, fell 0.32 per cent, or 84 points, while the 30-stock BSE index ''Sensex' was at 85,027.50, down 0.48 per cent, or 412.12 points.

Among the sector indices, most posted gains, but the Oil & Gas Nifty Index saw the biggest drop, falling nearly 2 per cent, followed by the Chemicals Nifty and Media Nifty indices.
Conversely, the State Banks Nifty and Healthcare Nifty indices were the best performers on Tuesday.
