Roshani Nadar Malhotra Net Worth: HCL Technologies Chairman Roshni Nadar has been ranked fifth in the Hurun Global Rich List 2025 with a net worth of Rs 3.5 lakh crore, making her one of the richest women in the world, according to the Hurun Global Rich List 2025. She is also the first Indian woman to be ranked among the top 10 richest women in the world, according to the report. According to the list, she is in the 5th position among the world's richest women.
A strategic succession to the top
His father, HCL Technologies founder Shiv Nadar, made an important choice by giving him a 47% stake in the business, which contributed to Roshni’s rise in the world rankings. Thanks to this accounting move, she is now among the top 10 richest people in India besides being the richest woman in the country.

After taking over as Executive Director and CEO of HCL Corporation in 2009, Roshni Nadar was instrumental in driving the expansion of the business. His leadership abilities led to his appointment as chairman of HCL Technologies in 2020 and he has since broadened the company’s global reach.
