NBFC Stock Under Rs 50: The share of Golden Legend Leasing and Finance soared 14 per cent during the intraday trade on Friday amid massive buying momentum despite volatility in the Indian stock market after the non-banking financial company (NBFC) posted its financial results for the fourth quarter of the last financial year (Q4 FY26).

The stock hit an intraday high at Rs 10.51 apiece in today's trading session, jumping 14.23 per cent as compared to last day's closing of Rs 9.20 on BSE. However, during the afternoon trade, the stock witnessed some profit booking and fell to a low of Rs 8.60. At the time of writing, the shares of a small-cap NBFC company erased all of its gains to trade in negative territory. Last seen, the shares were trading at Rs 9.0, down Rs 0.20 or 2.17 per cent.

Meanwhile, the market cap of the firm was around Rs 13.3 crore.

Stock Market Today

The domestic equity indices fell sharply in the last trading hour amid profit booking. The decline came despite a decline in crude prices and positive optimism around US-Iran peace talks. At the time of writing, the BSE Sensex was trading at 75,571.32, down 0.39 per cent or 296.48 points. Nifty50 was quoted at 23,761.60, down 0.61 per cent or 145.55 points.

Yearly Results

According to an exchange filing, the NBFC firm has witnessed an increase in operational volumes. It reported a significant turnaround from losses of the previous fiscal year. As per the filing, its annual revenue from operations stood at Rs 183.59 crore for the financial year 2025-26. Last year, the revenue was at Rs 9.34 crore in FY25.

Similarly, the annual profit after tax for the FY26 stood at Rs 10.30 crore. In FY25, the company reported a net loss of Rs 2.20 crore.

Revenue for the fourth quarter was at Rs 13.55 crore, drastically up from Rs 1.54 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
