Tata Group Stocks Today: The shares of Tata Group's listed companies soared in intraday trade on Tuesday ahead of Tata Sons board meeting today, wherein Chairman N. Chandrasekaran is expected to present a revised strategic roadmap for the group's future growth and restructuring plans to Vice Chairman Noel Tata and other directors.
Meanwhile, ahead of the highly anticipated board meeting, many Tata Group stocks were trading higher, with Tejas Networks surging over 7 per cent.
Tata Group Stocks Today
Tejas Networks Share Price: Last seen, Tejas Networks shares were trading at Rs 503.50, up Rs 29.55 or 6.23 per cent. In early trade, the stock hit a high of Rs 511 on the NSE, up over 7 per cent from the previous day's closing of Rs 473.95. Meanwhile, its 52-week high and low values stood at Rs 751.70 and Rs 294, respectively.

Tata Investment Corporation Shares Price: The shares of Tata Investment Corporation opened at Rs 678.70 and reached a high of Rs 715, surging over 5 per cent from last day's closing of Rs 678.70. Last seen, the stock was trading at 698.65, up Rs 19.95 or 2.94 per cent.
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle Share Price: The shares of Tata Motors PSV were trading in positive territory. Last seen, the stock was up Rs 11.65 or 3.12 per cent to Rs 384.90.
Tata Tech Share Price: Tata Tech shares were up over 3 per cent in the afternoon trade. It was trading at Rs 700, up Rs
22. 22,70 o 3,35 per cento.
New Business Plan May Be Presented
Chairman N. Chandrasekaran may present business plans at the board meeting.
According to sources, Chairman N Chandrasekaran and other company leaders are expected to present business plans for Air India, Tata Digital, EV infrastructure company Agartala, Tejas Networks, and five other companies at the Tata Sons board meeting.
Chandrasekaran's term as Tata Sons chairman ends in February 2027. The board may also discuss increasing his salary.

A source told news agency PTI that various companies, especially those currently in losses, may present their business situation and future strategies at the Tata Sons board meeting.
The Tata Group's unlisted businesses reportedly incurred losses of Rs 10,905 crore in FY25, which is expected to increase to Rs 29,000 crore.
